  • In-house payment plan that does not require credit approval, but requests an initial down payment instead. Down payment amount is determined by the type of treatment plan. This option carries no interest and the monthly payments are spread according to the treatment time.
  • Payments are accepted by cash, check, money order, cashier’s check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
  • Third-party financing through Chase Health Advance or CareCredit that is based on approved credit and requires no down payments or annual fees. Flexible options are available to meet your needs: shorter payment periods with 0% interest and longer payment periods with interest varying between 11.9% and 27.9% (rate is determined by the credit approval).
